Ingredients:
Ribs: 500g
Cooking wine: 1 spoon
Light soy sauce: 2 spoons
Rock sugar: 4 spoons (you can add one more spoon if you like sweetness)
White vinegar: 3 spoons
Star anise: 1
Step one: cut the ribs Cut into small pieces (usually the seller will help you cut the ribs when you buy them, so don’t worry about this!) Boil a pot of water and put the ribs in to remove the blood and fishy smell. You don’t need to blanch them for too long.
Step 2: Remove the ribs and drain the water.
Step 3: Pour a little oil into the pot, pour the ribs in and stir-fry.
Step 4: Add 1 spoon of cooking wine
Step 5: Add 2 spoons of light soy sauce
Step 6: Add white vinegar and rock sugar
p>Step 7: Add boiling water until the ribs are almost covered. Add a star anise and continue to simmer, you will smell the aroma coming out, simmer for about half an hour.
Step 8: When the water in the pot has simmered until one-third is left, turn on high heat to collect the juice. When collecting the juice, keep stirring to avoid sticking to the pan.
Step 9: Stir-fry for a minute or two, add a small spoonful of salt, and add a little dark soy sauce to adjust the color.
Step 10: Sprinkle a handful of sesame seeds and it’s ready to serve. It’s delicious~~
