mt is the abbreviation of MembershipTraining, which is simply called membership training. Mt is similar to military training in China, which is all about physical training, in order to promote mutual cooperation and help among teams, and then make them more familiar with each other, such as new students and senior seniors, or a familiar process between new employees and old employees in the company. Later, mt activities were not only limited to physical training, but also involved in all fields and aspects from hands-on ability to brain ability. Like when I was in Gwangju University, MT in our department would go to neighboring Quanzhou, Lishui or Mokpo, and sometimes I would look at the sea and have a bibimbap. Or make your own bibimbap and be a ceramic clay figurine. Or climb the mountain, listen to the national music show, visit the museum, pick tea, stir-fry tea, make tea by yourself, etc. These are all activities held during MT.
