What’s the best South American food for you?

Peruvian food is by far the best.

I actually think it's better than Mexico's, but the reason Peru and its cuisine isn't as well-known as Mexico's is in the United States.

The United States likes to make Mexico popular across the country, has a not-so-long history of Mexico in textbooks, has Mexican restaurants everywhere, etc.

It's no secret that almost every country below Mexico is less popular, such as Guatemala into Central America and then Colombia into South America.

In the United States, countries below Mexico are almost ignored a lot, which is why better countries like Peru are ignored a lot.

But for variety, history and overall excellent cuisine, Peru would definitely be on the way.

Peru is so popular in other countries that Japan, China, Italy, France and even African countries like to fuse local Peruvian ingredients with cuisines from other countries.

That’s why there’s Chinese fusion like Arroz Chaufa and Chifa, Japanese fusion like Nikkei, Italian fusion like green pasta, and so on.

Peru is still famous for its food, although the country is overlooked by many, especially in the American media.

It reminds me that if Peru and Mexico switched places, Peru would be one of the most popular countries in the world.

Peruvian cuisine is made better because of its deliciousness.

To be honest, I have tasted a lot of Mexican food, but this is nothing special to me because there is a Mexican restaurant almost everywhere in the United States.

Not to mention that Peru has lower obesity rates than Mexico and much more organically grown food there.

Mexico ranks high in obesity rates as a country, while Peru ranks high in the central region.

Peruvian food is much better than Mexican food, enough so that foreign gourmets compete with Peru to create truly delicious dishes.

Peru doesn’t even need foreigners to cook its cuisine, because the Moshe civilization of Peru called this dish “Ceviche”, which is now a symbol of Peru’s national dish, mainly a seafood dish that includes lime, sweet potato, Andean corn, potato and cancha

, add to these and you get the famous Peruvian dish.

The Peruvian coast also has many of its own dishes.

Different regions of Peru have different styles of cuisine, and as far as the Peruvian coast is concerned, we also have Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, Anticuchos, Papa a La Huancaina, etc.

The Andes also has its indigenous dishes and foods such as potatoes, guinea pig and other Inca-style local delicacies.

You can find Inca-style native food in places like Cusco and other Andean regions of Peru.

The Amazon also has its own native Amazon food, mainly exotic Amazon fish from the natural areas of Iquitos, and maybe bugs, but also other large Amazon fish.

Peru is an incredible country, especially when it comes to food, far better than Mexico.
