Baiyi Village Scenic Resort is located 1.5km north of Changshengdong County, Wufeng, Hubei Province, with a mountain range of over 1km2, with a flat top and an area of about 8km2. The mountain is independent, surrounded by thousands of steep rocks, and only the north and south roads can reach the summit. The whole mountain has formed two steep walls from bottom to top. The tower is made of blue bricks and stone bars, and consists of seven-story six-sided towers and brakes. The tower is 31 in the southeast and northwest, with a total height of 22.38m m. The main tower covers an area of 53 square meters, with a ground floor height of 5m, a width of 4m on each side and a wall thickness of 1.7m m. The tower gate is 2.3m high and 1.1m wide, and the wood of the gate post is polished into a long square shape. On the front of the two gate posts, the couplets are engraved: "The ladder goes straight up to raise the geese, and the sky is remote and open steadily", and the horizontal batch of "Xingwen Tower" is engraved with the time of building the tower. There are four east, west, north and south on the second floor, and there are vault windows with a diameter of .7 on the north and south on the third floor. The top of the tower is a steel concrete structure (after maintenance), and seal. Each floor is stacked with masonry strips to build the upturned tower eaves and wind chimes.
