Main ingredient: glutinous rice.
Accessories: butter, fillings, red bean paste.
1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for three hours.
2. Add a little sugar and water to the soaked glutinous rice, and cook it in the microwave (you can also steam it in a steamer).
3. Add appropriate amount of butter into cooked glutinous rice and mix evenly.
4. Apply some butter to a small deep-bottomed bowl.
5. Prepare the fillings.
6. Use wolfberry to make a small flower shape, papaya preserved fruit to make a round shape, and sprinkle melon seeds inside (you can also arrange it in the shape you like).
7. Take a little glutinous rice and flatten it into pieces.
8. Place it on the bottom of the shaped bowl.
9. Spread other fillings on top.
10. Spread another 10% of glutinous rice and then red bean paste.
11. Finally, spread 10% of the glutinous rice and press tightly and put it into the rice cooker to steam for ten minutes.
12. Flip the steamed eight-treasure glutinous rice over the bottom of the bowl while it is still hot.
