Jilin Mark Roast Goose Head with Fragrant Wine

A friend came back from out of town and had dinner together in the evening. We met to eat roasted goose head next to the RT-Mart 4th store. The name of the store was Fragrant Wine Roasted Goose Head.
There were five of us. The environment in the store was very warm, and there were a few bottles of beer on the shelves beside the wall. It looked like a place for drinking.
This is the first time I have eaten roasted goose head in so many years. The goose head is roasted golden and slightly yellow, and it looks very appetizing. The skin on the outside is crispy and the meat on the inside is very flavorful.
Tasting it, it’s a very strange feeling. It’s a bit spicy in the mouth, but the more you chew it, the more flavor it gets. It’s really a great drink.

I originally had no interest in these things and rarely eat duck, but this time I saw this goose head, which looked really delicious.

I also ordered some roasted goose necks, which were also very spicy. They were completely different from the duck necks sold outside. They had a very special taste and tasted good. There was obviously more meat than the goose heads.
I ordered a dish of mixed fish skin. The sweet and sour taste was quite good. The goose eggs should be cooked, then cut into half and half, sprinkled with chopped green onion and mixed with sauce. The taste was very fresh.
I also ordered some grilled skewers. I feel that the large tendon skin is more popular. It should be cooked tendon. Everyone still likes it. The cut pieces are large and it is very interesting to bite, as if it has two layers.
The dishes were quite popular and we almost finished eating them quickly. My friend ordered another crayfish. It didn’t feel like a big portion, but it tasted very good.
In the Northeast, there must be a big brother in a barbecue, and a garlic-grilling girl is standard next to it. But we don’t have a garlic-grilling girl, and a friend’s lover made a guest appearance as a shrimp-grilling girl.
The crayfish was picked out in just three strokes in her hands. Everyone felt that this shrimp-picking girl was very competent.
This is my first time eating tinfoil turbot. The fish is very fresh and tender. The soup is just right. The fish is very tasty. The most amazing thing is that there are some steamed buns in the fish. It absorbed the flavor of the fish soup and smelled like turbot, which was delicious.
The beer tastes very good. It is packed in a metal can. When I open it, it spurts out a stream of gas. There are still water droplets on the metal can. The beer is very cold. My stomach is not good. Drink it. Not much.
Finally, I ordered a bowl of cold noodles. The cold noodles turned out to be white, and the heat was a little off. They should have been served just after they were cooked. They were a bit hard, and the white cold noodles were really It's not as good as black, looks unappetizing, and tastes nothing special. Cold noodles shouldn't be his specialty.
At this party, a friend went out of town and did not come back. His lover drank some wine on his behalf. While we were drinking, we recalled this friend and hoped that he could return to Jilin as soon as possible.
