Grilled fish in the oven

production method:
1. The grass carp is cut along the bone without cutting, and the back is cut several times. Add 1 spoon of cooking wine +1 spoon of soy sauce +1 spoon of cumin powder +1 spoon of Chili powder+1 spoon of bean paste +2 tablespoons of cooking oil+a little salt, sugar and pepper, and marinate evenly for half an hour.
put it into a preheated oven and bake at 18 degrees for 2 minutes.
2. Soak the vermicelli in advance, wash and prepare all kinds of side dishes, add water to the pot and boil, then add the side dishes and cook them, and then remove them for later use.
