1. Ingredients: 400g salted fish, a small amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of cooking oil, six slices of ginger, four cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of red pepper sauce, and half a bowl of clear water.
2. Accessories: chopped green onion.
3. After the salted fish is cut into pieces, soak it in water for about an hour.
4. When soaking fish pieces, cut ginger, garlic cloves and chopped green onion into pieces.
5. After the fish pieces are soaked, pick them up, pour oil into a hot pot to heat them up, then turn to a low heat, and add half of the minced ginger and garlic to stir fry for fragrance.
