Second, honey yogurt bread
Ingredients: 58g of whole egg liquid, 500g of high-gluten flour, 65g of yogurt, 200g of water, 70g of fine sugar, 20g of milk powder, 30g of corn oil, 5g of salt and 8g of yeast.
Exercise:
1. First, put 58 grams of whole egg liquid, 65 grams of yogurt, 200 grams of clean water, 70 grams of fine sugar, 30 grams of corn oil and 5 grams of salt into a bread bucket. I used old yogurt, the thicker one.
2. Sieve the flour, add milk powder, and then add yeast.
3. Start the bread machine dough making program and knead the dough for 90 minutes before baking.
4. Take out the dough and knead it evenly after exhausting.
5. Divide the dough into 16 doughs of equal size, each about 60g, which are round.
6. Drain the water, put it into a 28x28 baking pan, cover it, and put it in a warm place for secondary fermentation.
7. About 1 hour, ferment to twice the size, gently press the surface with your fingers and slowly rebound.
8. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees in advance, and bake it directly in the middle layer of the oven for about 25 minutes. Pay attention to cover the tin foil in time after the coloring is satisfactory to avoid over-coloring.
9. Immediately after baking, take out the oven, demould and let it dry for three minutes, and then brush with honey water (honey and water are 2: 1 is my ratio adjustment). Brushing freshly baked bread with honey water will not only collapse, but also affect the taste, so wait a few minutes before brushing.
Third, yogurt fritters.
Ingredients: 250g flour, yogurt 1 40g, eggs1piece, fritters leavening agent10g.

1. Pour the aluminum-free leavening agent into the flour and mix well.
2. Beat in an egg.
3. Use low-concentration yogurt and heat it slightly.
4. Pour the yogurt into the basin and stir.
5. Finally, it will be grouped and continue in a warm place for 1 hour.
6. Roll the dough directly into a rectangle and divide it into the size you want. You can mix the dough according to the size of the oil pan.
7. Fold in pairs and press along the middle with chopsticks.
8. Heat the wok with wide oil. When it is put in, it can bubble immediately. You can put the fritters in and fry them over until they are cooked.
Fourth, yogurt fruit cup
Ingredients: pitaya 1, yogurt 1 50g, mango1.
Exercise:
1, half a pitaya, cut it in half neatly and dig out the pulp, but you can dig it out directly with a small spoon, and it is better to use a ball digger.
2. Cut the mango into pulp. The size of the pulp block is similar to that of the pitaya ball.
3. Put the chopped mango pieces and pitaya balls back into the pitaya bowl and pour in yogurt.
