The method is as follows:
Preparation materials: 1 fat sausage, 6 dried mushrooms, 1 green onion, 1 piece of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 dried chili peppers, and half of thirteen spices spoon, 4 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of sugar.
1. First, clean the fat intestines, as shown in the picture below:
2. Wash and pat the garlic (no need to peel), wash and slice the ginger (no need to peel) , cut green onions and peppers into sections, wash and soak mushrooms.
3. Add enough water to the soup pot to submerge the fat intestines, then add the above ingredients, then add the lazy spice, 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of sugar, 4 spoons of light soy sauce, and half a spoon of dark soy sauce. Finally, put the washed sausage in and bring to a boil over medium heat.
4. After boiling, skim off the foam, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
5. Turn off the heat until the large intestine is colored and fragrant.
6. Finally, take out and cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
