Practice:
Ingredients: 1 tender chicken, 1g of ham slices, 5g of water-soaked mushrooms and 5g of magnolia slices;
ingredients: 2g of onion and 2g of ginger.
Cooking method:
Put chicken, liver, gizzard, mushroom, magnolia slice, ham, onion, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper, sugar and sweet and salty soy sauce into a pot and knead them to taste;
put chicken liver, gizzard, mushrooms, magnolia slices and ham into chicken belly, fold them into chicken shape, put them into a bamboo tube, plug the mouth of the tube with banana leaves, bake on the fire for 2 hours, take them out and put them on a plate.
