Qingliu Town is located in the northwest of Xindu District, Chengdu City, adjacent to Mengyang Town of Pengzhou City to the east, Zhihe Town of Pengzhou City to the west, Jiuchi Town and Mengyang Town of Pengzhou City to the north, and Qingbaijiang River and Xinfan Town to the south.
Town and Xinmin Town are the boundaries.
It is 26 kilometers away from Xindu City in the southeast and 33 kilometers away from Chengdu City, the provincial capital, in the south. Laochengpeng Road and the Second Ring Expressway (Qingliu Section opened to traffic in May 2015) pass through it, and are connected with Xinjiu Road and Liqing Road.
