1. Slice potatoes and lotus roots, tear cauliflower into small flowers, remove whiskers from shrimp, cut celery, cut the roots of Flammulina velutipes, slice lunch meat and cut onions.
2. Cook lotus root and potato chips first, then blanch celery and cauliflower, and cook shrimp and Flammulina velutipes slightly. Drain the above ingredients and put them in a large bowl.
