Details of the 2017 China Zhengzhou International Catering and Ingredients Expo: The "2017 Third China (Zhengzhou) International Catering and Ingredients Expo" hosted by the China Hotel Association will be held at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from April 26 to 28, 2017. The site is divided into: special exhibition area, meat ingredients, aquatic seafood, poultry food, vegetables and mushrooms, catering seasonings, kitchen and catering equipment, etc. This exhibition makes full use of Zhengzhou’s trade network and resources radiating from the Central Plains Economic Zone to create the most international “food paradise” in Zhengzhou.
