In recent years, with the starting point of solving the housing problems of new citizens, the establishment of a housing security system with public rental housing, policy-based rental housing and private ownership housing as the main body is accelerating. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Shanghai will continue to promote the construction of rental housing with high quality. Against this background, the strategic cooperation between Greenland Group and China Construction Bank is a positive move to build high-quality rental life and help the steady development of the housing rental market. The two parties will use Shanghai Greenland Xuhui Primus Apartment and Xuhuitian Linbopai Community as the first pilot projects, and gradually expand to existing Greenland properties in various cities to jointly create a new housing rental ecosystem in China.

At the same time, this cooperation is also expected to promote the "acceleration" of Greenland's long-term rental apartment sector, achieve rapid expansion of scale, and build a new development pattern. Through financial empowerment, long-term rental projects with a scale of tens of billions of yuan can be built for nearly 100 billion yuan, with a construction area of ??nearly 10 million square meters. Operated by the Greenland long-term rental apartment brand, the construction scale and operation scale can be quickly formed in the short term.

Since Greenland Group released its four major brands of long-term rental apartments in March 2019, Greenland’s long-term rental apartment segment has now been deployed in 13 major cities across the country, with nearly 30 operation and management projects and a total apartment size of approximately 35,000 units. .
