The school is located in Mianyang, the birthplace of Li Bai, China Science and Technology City and the second largest city in Sichuan Province. The school is adjacent to the southern suburbs airport, overlooking the roaring Fujiang River, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and has a beautiful environment.

It currently has two campuses in Mianyang and Zitong; it has the School of Music and Dance, the School of Art and Design, the School of Communication, the School of Culture and Economics, the School of Ideological and Political Science and Public Education, Tang Yongtong Chinese Academy, the School of Chinese Calligraphy and Seal Engraving, and the School of Vocational Education;
