Carrots can be stewed with mutton, beef, chicken, etc.
Corn, Spare Ribs and Carrot Soup
Ingredients: appropriate amount of ribs, 2 carrots, 2 corns, a few peppercorns, appropriate amount of green onions, and 3 slices of ginger.
Method:
1. Wash the blood from the ribs, put it into a small pot, cook it with green onions and ginger slices. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for about 5 minutes.
2. Take out the cooked ribs, clean them, and set them aside for later use. Prepare green onion sections, peppercorns and ginger slices.
3. Put a little oil in a stew pot, add peppercorns and ginger slices, and slowly fry until the aroma comes out.
4. Then add the pork ribs and stir-fry for a while.
5. Then add enough water and green onion sections, uncover the lid, keep the heat high, bring to a boil and then turn to medium heat. Simmer for about 45 minutes.
6. Add corn and carrots and simmer for about 30 minutes.
7. Finally, sprinkle some chopped green onion and add salt.
