Xingcheng is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, under the management of Huludao City, located in the southwest of Liaoning Province, the east of Huludao City, and the middle section of the western Liaoning Corridor. Xingcheng governs five streets including Ningyuan Street, seven towns including Xu Dabao Town, Baita Manchu Township, and 12 ethnic townships and 1 Xingcheng enclave economic zone.
Xu Dabao Town is a town-level administrative unit under the jurisdiction of Xingcheng City, Huludao City. Xu Dabao Town is located in the southeast of Xingcheng City, bordering Liaodong Bay of Bohai Sea in the east and southeast, connecting Liutaizi Manchu Township in the south, xin zhuang zhen in the southwest, Wanghai Manchu Township by railway in the northwest, and facing Shahousuo Manchu Town across Yantai River in the north, with an administrative area of 8 1.63 square kilometers.

Xingcheng ancient city is located in the center of Xingcheng old city in Liaoning Province. It is a national key cultural relics protection unit (including the city wall, four city gates, bell and drum towers, memorial archways and Confucian temples) and a national AAAA-level scenic spot.
2. Xingcheng Waterfront
Xingcheng seaside is located in the east of Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province, and is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. Xingcheng seaside has been a famous port in western Liaoning since ancient times. For thousands of years, Xingcheng people have been sailing and fishing at sea and prospering along the coast. In 1980s, Xingcheng seaside was opened to the outside world as a tourist attraction.
3. Longwan waterfront
Longwan Beach, located in Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province, is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction with a total area of 6.9 square kilometers. It consists of a beach bathing place, a recreation area, a leisure resort, a gourmet shopping area and a central square.

Juehua Island is located in the southeast of Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province 10 km, and is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction. Juehua Island has an irregular long gourd shape, with a main island area of 13.5 square kilometers, high terrain in the south and low terrain in the north, the highest elevation of 198.2 meters and a coastline of 27 kilometers, making it the largest island in Liaodong Bay.
