The back of the body is yellowish brown or grayish brown, the abdomen is yellowish or grayish white, and there are large irregular black spots on the side; Each fin is reddish, like a spindle. 2. How to eat yellow croaker (practice)
(1) Braised yellow croaker
First, the yellow croaker is cleaned and coated with starch.
Slice onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper. Mix salt, sugar, vegetable monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, white wine, vinegar and pepper with a bowl of stewed fish juice.
Pour oil in a hot pot. When the oil is warm, put the fish in the pot and fry both sides thoroughly with slow fire. Put the onion, ginger and garlic into the fish pot.

③ Stewed tofu with yellow croaker
Remove gill and viscera from two yellow croaker, wash and cut into sections, and cut onion, ginger and garlic into sections for later use.
Add tofu, ginger, pepper, cooking wine and water to the pot and stew for about 15 minutes.
When the soup is boiling, add chopped green onion and stir. Turn off the heat and serve.
