Haihe Bund Park, located in Tanggu Street, Binhai New Area, Tianjin, is the earliest developed and completed project in Haihe River development in Tianjin. The cruise ship Princess Oriental has a length of 15.28 meters, a width of 21 meters and a displacement of 1,298 tons. It is divided into eight floors and can carry 35 tourists and 15 crew members.
