The project covers an area of 3 155 mu, starting from Zouhe Road in the north, Xinxi Road in the south, Longteng Road in the east and Wu Jia Village in the west, involving three village committees in Yangzhuang, Wang Qian and Hexi, with a total of 13 village groups, but excluding Anji Village. Anji Village in Zhonglou District will not be demolished in June 2022. According to the relevant demolition information, Zouqu Town, Zhonglou District, Changzhou City started the demolition plan in March 2022, and the ongoing relocation project is the start-up area project of high-tech industrial park.
