The usual practice of vegetable rice is as follows:
1, first prepare rice, millet, potatoes, eggs, yellow sauce and sweet noodle sauce. The auxiliary materials are oil, salt, thirteen spices, lettuce, coriander and onion.
2. Then prepare rice and millet, wash them and put them into a rice cooker to make rice for later use. Wash lettuce, coriander and onion for use. Mix the yellow sauce with the sweet noodle sauce to prepare the eggs. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
3. Add a little oil to the potatoes and stir-fry for a few minutes, then add a proper amount of thirteen spices, and then add a proper amount of boiled water 10 minute. When potatoes are cooked and crushed with a spoon, they become mashed potatoes.
4. Prepare another potato, shred it and soak it in water for a while, so that the starch can be soaked and drained for later use.
5. Pour the oil into the pot, add the egg liquid and stir fry. Add some oil to the sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the scrambled eggs, add a little water and boil for a while, then turn off the heat, so that the egg sauce is ready.
6. Wash the pan, add oil and heat it, add a handful of shredded potatoes, fry until golden and crisp, and drain the oil.
7. Finally, put the egg sauce, shredded potatoes, mashed potatoes, chopped parsley, green onions and lettuce on the table. When eating, put the rice on the leaves of vegetables, and then put the prepared ingredients in turn.
Chinese cabbage is usually Chinese cabbage. If you don't like Chinese cabbage, it's ok to use lettuce instead.
