Cold cuts: vegetable salad with sour milk residue and shallots, mixed cold dishes sprayed with vegetable oil, minced meat peppers; Canned vegetables, fried chicken or fried turkey with vegetables, assorted poultry, canned fish in oil and fish in vinegar. The first hot dish: broth with pies, eggs, green peas, vegetables and rice, kidney beans, potato soup, pea soup, mutton soup, noodle chicken soup, green pea thick broth and cauliflower soup. The second hot dish: fried, boiled or smoked fish, served with potatoes and macaroni, kebabs, mutton fried rice, chicken fried rice, skewers and then tenderloin, fried pheasant, fried turkey or fried chicken, smoked pheasant, minced meat pepper, and a platter made of vegetables, macaroni and rice. Sweets: fresh strawberries and other fruits boiled with sugar, or canned fruits, fruit salads, fresh fruits, watermelons, melons, jellies, sweet pies with fruit stuffing, ice cream and sorbets. Besides, strong tea must be served after meals.
Eating custom: Generally speaking, there are no cutlery such as knives, forks and spoons on the dining table of Iraqis, only utensils such as cups and plates. They are used to grabbing the entrance of rice with their right hands. They are used to eating well-done dishes and don't eat them if they are slightly raw.
