3. Emergency evacuation area:

(1) In case of emergency, evacuate to Sihe Township Road or surrounding open spaces and mountains.

(2) In the event of an emergency, evacuate the venue of Baimiao Village Poetry Town in Daqing Township to Provincial Highway 212.

(3) In case of an emergency, the original ecological torch square in Luogubo Township should be evacuated to National Highway 118.
