Preserved glutinous rice

Glutinous rice contains protein, fat, sugar, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, starch, etc. are rich in nutrients and are warm and tonic foods. They have the effects of replenishing qi, strengthening the spleen and stomach, and stopping sweating. They can relieve cold spleen and stomach, poor appetite, abdominal distension and diarrhea to a certain extent. What I usually like to eat most is this cured glutinous rice! Cured meat and glutinous rice are my favorites!
Ingredients: sausage, glutinous rice, peanuts, green beans, oil, salt.
Steps:
Step 1. Soak the glutinous rice one night in advance.
Step 2: After soaking the next day, drain the glutinous rice, add oil and salt, mix well and season.
Step 3. Take out the sausage.
Step 4. Slice the sausage.
Step 5: Add oil and stir-fry the sausage.
Step 6: Stir fry until cooked and set aside.
Step 7. Add an appropriate amount of water to the glutinous rice and steam it for 1 hour.
Step 8: Fry the peanuts until fragrant (you can also buy ready-made fried peanuts).
Step 9. Add the fried peanuts, green beans, and sausages to the glutinous rice and stir evenly.
Step 10. After stirring evenly, pour some soy sauce to taste and you're done.
Tips:
1. Glutinous rice must be soaked in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to cook. 2. If you want a more fragrant glutinous rice, you can steam it and then fry it, which will taste more fragrant.
