Tianwang Temple
Tianwang Temple was rebuilt in the 14th year of the Republic of China (1925) when Master Huiquan lived in Nanputuo Abbot. It stood at the forefront of the central axis of the temple, resting on a mountain with double eaves and flying ridges. It is a single-story masonry and wooden building with double eaves and sharp corners at the top of the mountain. It is five rooms wide, with a red painted gate in front and no wall at the back. The Heavenly King Hall is dedicated to Maitreya Bodhisattva, Wei Tuo and the four heavenly kings. Two mighty big stone lions stand on the east and west sides of the porch and enter the hall through the door. The four heavenly kings on both sides glare around. In the middle of Maitreya's belly and chest, Wei Tuo's Bodhisattva stood behind the temple with her palms pressed on the pestle, which was terrible and unusual.
Hall of Great Compassion
The Hall of Great Compassion was built in the Ming Dynasty, which was originally a wooden structure. In the 19th year of the Republic of China (193), it was rebuilt by Master Taixu, and it was an octagonal pavilion with three cornices and a single floor. In 1962, the main body was changed to reinforced concrete, and the wooden bucket arch was kept for decoration. The temple is 2 meters high, standing on a stone abutment with octagonal three-story cornices. Guanyin Bodhisattva is worshipped in the temple, with two-handed Guanyin on the front and 48-armed Guanyin on the other three sides.
