First start Photoshop cs5, execute the File-New command, and create a new document with a background color of black, a resolution of 72, and a size of 800*600.

Select the horizontal mask text tool in the toolbox, enter content on the canvas, set the font size to 120, and the font to Chinese Caiyun.

Create a new layer 1. Right-click and select the Stroke command from the drop-down menu. In the pop-up dialog box, set the width to 2, the color to white, and click the OK button.

Execute the Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur command, set the radius to 1 in the pop-up dialog box, and click the OK button.

Double-click layer 1 to pop up the layer style dialog box. In the dialog box, check the outer glow option, set the color according to your preferences, and click the OK button.

Hold down the ctrl key and click on layer 1 to load the selection command, execute the Select-Modify-Expand command, set the expansion amount to 20 in the pop-up dialog box, and click the OK button.

Execute Layer-New-Create a new layer 2 through the copied layer command, set the foreground color to green, fill the foreground color, and modify the opacity to 60. Execute the Layer-Flat Image command, double-click the background layer to convert it

For normal layer 0, execute the ctrl+j key combination to copy a layer, execute ctrl+t to adjust the size, and modify the opacity of the layer to 60. Repeat step 8, execute the window-animation command, and the animation dialog box will pop up.

Hide layer 0 and the copy of layer 0, create a new frame to unhide the copy of layer 0, hide the copy of layer 0, and repeat this operation to create the animation.

Execute the file-save as format command used by the web, and set it to gif format in the pop-up dialog box to save it.
