One tablespoon of black pepper sauce and two tablespoons of ribs sauce.
One tablespoon of honey and five tablespoons of wine (ordinary white wine will be fine)
Steps of Roasting Ribs (Oven Edition)
1. Wash the ribs, and the length of the ribs is preferably about 5 cm. The vendor will cut it for you.
2. Add five spoonfuls of white wine and marinate for half an hour to an hour to make the ribs chewy.
3. After the white wine is marinated, add one spoonful of black pepper sauce and two spoonfuls of ribs sauce (preferably Lee Kum Kee's), cover with plastic wrap and marinate for two hours. If you want to taste it again, you can marinate it overnight with a little oil, not too much.
4. Put it in the oven and bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minute (not finished yet).
5. Add honey liquid (bee liquid is less than sauce) to the marinated sauce according to the ratio of 2: 1, stir it evenly, brush it on the ribs, and then bake it at 200 degrees Celsius for eight minutes.
