Sweet potato milk and sugar water
Ingredients: 2 sweet potatoes, 1 bottle of milk, appropriate amount of rock sugar, 2 slices of ginger
Method:

Red Date, Snow Pear and Tremella Soup
Ingredients: 1 pear, 1 snow fungus, 10 red dates, appropriate amount of rock sugar, a little wolfberry
Method:
1. Soak the white fungus in water for 1 hour in advance, soak and tear into small pieces;
2. Put the white fungus into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, and bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer for 1 hour;
3. Peel and core the pears and cut into small pieces;
4. Put them into the pot with the red dates and continue to simmer for 40 minutes;
5. In the last 10 minutes, add rock sugar and wolfberry until melted.
