Step 1
Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside. Size, how much depends on personal preference.
Second step

Third step
Cucumber was washed and sliced with a hob, with a thickness of about 2mm. If it is fresh cucumber, slice it directly; If the cucumber is old and withered, you'd better peel it off, otherwise it will affect the taste.
Fourth step
