2. When cooking caramel, put 60 grams of sugar into a stainless steel pot with a thick bottom, and be sure to use a thick bottom stainless steel pot, otherwise the caramel will be easily burnt off.
3. Cook on low heat until the sugar melts (don't stir during cooking, or it will return to sand), and turn off the heat until the syrup turns amber.
4. Pour milk, water and tea into the pot (when pouring milk, the caramel in the pot will agglomerate when it is cold, so don't worry, it will melt again when cooking tea). Keep the fire low, stir while cooking, turn off the fire after boiling, cover the pot and stew for about 3 minutes.
5. Cut the grass into small pieces, put it in a cup, and filter out the tea leaves in caramel milk tea. If you use tea bags, you can omit the filtering step.
6. Pour the filtered milk tea into a cup, and a cup of caramel fairy grass milk tea will be finished.
