There should be, and business will still be very good.

I have been in Dali for a few years and found that everything there is good, but the food is too monotonous, especially the various snacks, which only include rice noodles, Er cubes, and Er silk. I have almost never seen dumplings in Dali.

If you can go to the ancient city and open a small shop, I think the customer base will be good.

It would be even better if you could make it as famous as Nanjing's "Da Niang Dumplings".
