Some of the ones I personally think are pretty good include: Sichuan hotpot at "Guojiaguo" and "Dezhuang", seafood hotpot at "Hongding Doulao", spicy shrimp hotpot at "Pang Guoxuan", and fish head hotpot at "Old Fisherman"

"Little Sheep" and "Beijing Donglaishun"'s mutton-shabu hot pot, and "Similar Import Hot Pot City"'s pickled fish hot pot and roasted chicken hot pot are Dai Mei, needless to say, Heroes of the Three Kingdoms and Qin Ma hot pot Kaiwei.
