Yuen Long District belongs to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of my country and is the northwestmost district among the eighteen districts in Hong Kong.
Yuen Long has a long history and was incorporated into China's territory along with Hong Kong during the Qin Dynasty.
Yuen Long has been a rural community dominated by fishermen and farmers since ancient times. Most residents make a living by farming or raising fish in fish ponds.
Yuen Long has historical monuments such as Tang's Ancestral Hall, Sheung Cheung Wai, and Ju Xing Tower. Among them, Ju Xing Tower is the only remaining ancient pagoda in Hong Kong, with a history of more than 600 years.
In Yuen Long District, there are also traditional delicacies such as B-Zai jelly, Yuen Long wife cakes, and Wing Wah Bakery. Among them, Yuen Long wife cakes are the best in Hong Kong.
