Anyang Coal Mine has completed technical transformation and moved into trial production; Guangyu Coal Mine has passed acceptance inspection and reached the designed production capacity; Guizhou Xinqiao Coal Mine has newly expanded its mine field area by 1 square kilometers and added 10 million tons of reserves; there are 5 other coal mines in the region

Technical reforms were implemented smoothly, adding 1.75 million tons of coal production capacity to the region, bringing the total production capacity to 3 million tons.

The coal chemical industry chain has been lengthened. The lignite gasification technology of Aixins Company has reached the international leading level. The 40,000-ton ethylene glycol project has passed provincial approval. The 100,000-ton dimethyl ether project has been officially put into operation. The 250,000-ton coal tar deep processing project equipment has been officially put into operation.

The installation is about to be completed. The 1 billion cubic meter coal-to-gas project with a first-phase investment of 1.2 billion yuan and a long-term investment of tens of billions of yuan has been fully started. Six new coal chemical companies have been developed in the region.

The papermaking industry has been steadily upgraded. The production and operation of Yuantong Paper has returned to the best level in history. Machine No. 5 has been successfully installed. The other four papermaking companies have fully advanced their technological transformation and expansion, and the district's papermaking production capacity has reached 650,000 tons.

The machinery manufacturing industry is expanding rapidly. Tongji Electromechanical has moved out of the city and into a park. Its headquarters has been moved to Xuecheng and a new factory is under construction. At the same time, it has cultivated 6 machinery manufacturing companies with investments over 100 million yuan and 17 machinery manufacturing companies with investments over 20 million yuan, including Tongsheng Machinery.
