The historic Kailong aristocratic family manor, located in St. Estephe, is a third-class winery in Medoc. It was bought by the famous Segur family in 1718. Kailong aristocratic manor inherits the characteristics of St. Esteve area, which is strong, with a tight centralized structure and slow maturity. It is also the northernmost winery in Medoc in 1855. Kailong Shijia Manor is rich in fruit flavor, a variety of berry flavor and mineral flavor, with good and harmonious structure. Can be drunk immediately, and the storage period is 3-2 years. This luxurious castle is the center of Gaul and Rome and the cradle of St. Esteve. The name of this producing area used to be "Kailong Calones", and it was not until the 18th century that people renamed it: Saint Esteve-Kailong Saint-Estèphe-de-Calon. Kailong Calon, the main fief of aristocrats in Lesparre, Lisba, was used to name the Bishop of Poitiers, poitiers, in 1157 as Monsignor de Calon. According to an ancient transfer contract in October 1362, this land subsequently fell into the hands of the younger family branch-Gombaud family.
after the occupation of Guyenne in Ghienne, this vineyard was ruled by the D 'Albrett family, Jean de Lur (July, 1481), Pierre de Marsan (August, 1511) and M di Garque M. de Gasq. At the end of the 17th century, Kailong aristocratic manor fell into the hands of Nicolas de Segur, the "Grape Prince", who also owned the famous Lafite and Latour Tour manors. The Earl of Siegel was thus called Siegel Kailong Ségur-Calon, and in memory of him, this magnificent manor was named Chateau Calon Segur.
St. Estephe, located in Medoc district on the left bank of Bordeaux, is the northernmost village among the four famous villages in Medoc. Compared with other three villages on the left bank, St. Esteve has the second largest wine field area. However, the development of wine industry is later than the other three villages. Therefore, in the rating of 1855, only five were shortlisted, which was the village with the least rank among the four famous villages. However, in the development of recent decades, a number of star wineries with excellent quality and high value have emerged. The wine king of our village is Cos d'esternet, who was rated as the second class in 1855. Astor is one of the Super 2 that Robert Parker thinks is most capable of challenging first-class wineries. Secondly, in 1855, it entered the second-class Rose Manor. Thirdly, there is a three-level village, Calon Segur, a four-level village, Lafon-Rochet, and a five-level village, Cos Labory. In addition, there are several star villages with great weight that can be compared with many famous villages with five grades, four grades or even three grades. For example: Feilan Segur, Marbuzet, Meyney, De-Pez and so on. Chateau Calon Segur's wine has the general characteristics of St. Esteve's wine: strong, high tannins, compact structure, slow ripening, belonging to the big wine, and the wine quality has been stable in recent years. Some people also call the wine of Kailong family "the wine of love", because in the Japanese series "Wine Expert", the food critic Mu Shenyuan and his wife went to Ramelou restaurant to celebrate their wedding anniversary, and they argued because of misunderstanding. Sasaki helped them choose a Kailong family. During the tasting, the couple gradually cooled down and finally made up in the wine. This wine evokes the memory of the heroine, Piantong. Her boyfriend used this wine to propose to her, but she refused because of her strong ambition. I didn't expect the two to meet again five years later. I thought there was still a chance for each other. I didn't expect my boyfriend to say goodbye, which made Piantong feel sorry. Sasaki explained to her with the same wine that it is difficult to meet the peak of the best wine, but the wine in each period has its own characteristics and can be tasted with different moods.
