We went to this store in Zhongguancun-Chongqing Ba Niu Fu Snack Niudao Store (Weigongcun Store), which has a small storefront. It is located in the mezzanine of Huayu Fashion Shopping Center in Zhongguancun South Street, only 300 meters walk from Exit C of Metro Line 4. 1. Make an appointment in advance

2. Patience and equality

There are sour plum soup and snacks in front of the shop. Stools can entertain customers. You can serve a cup of sour plum soup and a basket of hearts and sit down with your friends to play games. After eating and drinking, you can go. A sister is in charge of calling at the door, and those who don't come will call first. We waited for a long time and didn't want to sit on the hard bench, so we went downstairs to rub the sofa of Starbucks.

3. Have fun eating hot pot

It's finally our turn (it's really not easy). The seats in it are different from those in other shops. They are very low. It is said that they are imitation Chinese sofas. There is a pit under the table, which is equivalent to sitting on the ground and putting your feet in the pit. This coat can be taken off and put in the bag. I won't describe the process of eating hot pot in detail. Let me say a few things that surprised me first.

See these ten bowls! It was my sister who took the initiative to help us mix ten bowls with different flavors, and then asked us what the bowls were like. If we are not satisfied, we can adjust them again, and if we need any taste, we can adjust them. We were moved to tears. In the past, every time I went to a hot pot restaurant, I used to be a self-help seasoning bowl. The bowl I mixed was mahjong+nuts+mashed garlic. Every time, I hope someone can help me mix a bowl of delicious food. This time, it's great. It is not only for me, but also filled with ten bowls. It's also nice to take pictures around the hot pot. (It just feels a little wasteful)

Handmade beef balls are a gift. A little brother came over with beef sauce. He introduced beef balls while playing with them in the pot, and cooked Q bombs.

Feature 3: signboard hand-made platter

I like this photo very much, but unfortunately I forgot to take a recent photo (bottom right corner below). There are ten meatballs, a pair of cuttlefish meatballs, one with ink and one without ink, a pair of pork and chicken crispy meatballs, a pair of cheese and shrimp meatballs, a pair of fish tofu and a pair of crayfish meatballs. I've never seen this platter before. Is it really amazing? It is so unique. It's the first time you've seen it in a hot pot for so long? I feel that I used to eat "inferior meatballs".

We all feel that this little brother has added points to this store. I will have a cordial conversation with you when I play Niuwan. Have you eaten before? If not, I will introduce the name and history of the store to you. Chongba in Chongba Niu Fu is Zhu Yuanzhang's nickname. When Zhu Yuanzhang was a civilian, he was called Zhu Chongba. I have read history and know this. ) Chongqing Ba Niu Fu is an Anhui hot pot. Haven't you heard of Anhui hot pot? I haven't heard of it anyway. Who would know the history of this store if it wasn't specially introduced? Is this a little different?

Hand-made platters will also be introduced to everyone, otherwise I may only remember eating a bunch of meatballs. As for meatballs, who knows? Anyway, after eating so much, I really don't know what I ate. Brother will ask you what you are not satisfied with. Anyway, we have nothing to be dissatisfied with.

After eating, I patted my ass and left. My little brother came over and gave me a beautifully wrapped safe fruit. I don't know what to send at ordinary times.

This is my experience that day. I think a person or thing must have its own characteristics if it wants to stand out from the crowd. Either you have a high face value, or you are hard enough, or you have something that others don't have, which is easy to remember. For example, people like Haidilao because their service is very good. Chongqing Ba Niu Fu is also a very distinctive hotpot restaurant, which is very good.
