Everything seems like yesterday, and everything is changing again.

First stop: Huaxiang

The days are long in summer, and it is not completely dark in Quanzhou at 7: 11 p.m., and the red lantern hanging high at the corner of Huaxiang on Zhongshan Road has been lit up. The red night light reflected the quaint arcade, flashed outside Fanzi Building, and the brick carvings under the eaves were sprinkled on the bluestone board with green light. Under the night light, the bustling tourists are carefree and enjoying the fireworks in the old lane in the slow time.

after years of renovation and upgrading of the ancient city, the old landmarks in the old streets and alleys have been restored in an embroidered way? Makeup? Rong. Last year, the flower lane, which has been eclipsed by dust for a long time in a hundred years, also ushered in transformation and upgrading. In the embroidery work of repairing the old as before, the century-old flower lane has blossomed again, and the buildings of the times scattered in time and the old signboards that have dissipated in the years have returned to their original appearance.

Last weekend, we revisited this street with vicissitudes of life, shining with scenery and humanity, and flowing with prosperous fireworks. Can't help but wonder, Huaxiang? Everything seems like yesterday, and everything is changing.

Blowing dust: Gu Xiang Fanhua is reopening

After the systematic renovation, upgrading and restoration of drainage pipes, fa? ades and landmark buildings, the once dusty flower lane shows a long-lost smiling face.

On the newly paved bluestone slab, the distance of 211 meters has gone through a century of architectural history. Arcade, Fanzi building, girls' school? In different periods, different styles of Chinese and western construction techniques crisscross the flowers of architecture here.

When I looked up, I saw traditional Chinese red brick carvings, wood carvings and dripping beasts. In a blink of an eye, I saw western-style windowsills and roofs. The most interesting thing is that No.46 Huaxiang is a two-story building in the 1921s. At first glance, it is the most typical Minnan tradition, but on the second floor, the style suddenly changed into Islamic style, and the Nanyang style was inserted into the roof in a dramatic way.

Different from the surprises that tourists often show, the people in the old alleys are happy that the brand-new Gu Xiang has made their living conditions better, but the familiar life scenes are still the same as before. The photo studio, noodle shop, flower shop and even the humble tailor shop in the alley have not changed.

imprint: mottled light and shadow leave memories

In fact, these old shops in the old alleys have engraved deep memories of the old Quanzhou people. There are many precious memories hidden in the photo studio full of old photos at the corner of the lane.

Chen Peixin, the owner of this photo studio called Luoxin, has been a famous photographer in Quanzhou since his grandfather's generation. In 1914, Grandpa Chen Chunmu opened the Yixuan Photo Studio in Chengtian Temple, which can be called a top-notch shop. In 1934, my father, Chen Jianji, opened a photo studio in Huaxiangkou, Zhongshan Road. Later, it was a public-private joint venture, and it was really a time-honored brand in Quanzhou. Today, there are still many families in Quanzhou who have kept the precious photos left by that era in Luoke.

Because of taking photos, Chen Jianji also forged a friendship with Master Hongyi, and accompanied him to Zimao Mountain to spread the inscription. Master Hongyi took pictures in front of the tomb of Han Wo University, lying on his side as he lay dying, and dying cross-legged.

In 1991, Chen Peixin inherited the mantle left by his father in Rock Photo Studio in his old house in Huaxiang, and this older generation of people came into being? Style is similar to Roark? The photo studio.

A person in charge of Zhongshan Road Management Committee said that it won't be long before the restored Luoke Photo Studio will resume business, and many people are looking forward to coming here to leave a light and shadow memory.

Freshman: humanistic fireworks are flourishing.

In more than a year, a century-old lane has been dusted and restored, just like a dusty woman's smiling face after washing and dressing. Those fireworks accumulated year after year, those humanities passed down from generation to generation, are floating, visible and tangible.

repair the old like an embroidery needle, so that every wall and every ancient building are just right. Flowering in the lane, blooming for a hundred years, also attracted the old brand with strong ancient flavor. Almost in sync with the promotion of Huaxiang, Chen Jianguo, the legendary eighth-generation descendant of the old Fan Zhishen, chose his famous Chinese snack and an important image shop of China's time-honored brand here.

Chen Jianguo, who grew up in Anhai, Jinjiang, is good at mashed taro, frozen bamboo shoots, and a cup of mango full of mouth-popping juice. In the eyes of many tourists, these? Hao Hao? The (delicious) and ancient Quanzhou snacks are the reason for them to linger.

unable to resist the temptation of delicious food and Chen Jianguo's warm greeting, many tourists will always taste the signature snacks in the store one by one until their mouths are deeply satisfied.

confession: I'll wait here for you to revisit your old place

Food and snacks satisfy the taste buds, and the cultural scenery awakens interesting souls. Old alleys are full of tourists, and tourists have enriched Gu Xiang.

? Do you think the flower lane under the night light looks like you are laughing? ?

? Well, it looks good. Let's take a picture! ?

At the alley, a young couple who met here revisited the old haunt and exclaimed that there were many beautiful things hidden in the flower lane that had never been discovered before. Two people or the usual? Go to the Shizhi Bookstore deep in Huaxiang, eat a bowl of old-fashioned noodles, and take a nostalgic photo at the old photo gallery.

For them, the flower lane at the moment hides each other's loveliest tenderness. No amount of confession is worth one sentence:? Hey! I'll wait for you at Huaxiangkou! ?

huaxiang business card

huaxiang is not long, with one end connected to Zhongshan middle road and the other end leading to Xinhua road. Huaxiang is not the original name of this alley. In the Yuan Dynasty, Mongols camped here, so what was its name? Mongolia Lane? .

Until the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, many flower-tying craftsmen who lived by selling cooked flowers gathered here. For a long time, it became a centralized place for purchasing folk flowers for weddings and funerals of ancient city residents. At that time, Wansheng, Wanyuan, Jinfeng and other flower shops were very famous. At the peak, there were more than 41 flower shops in the alley, hence the name Huaxiang.

With the changes of the times, only two or three established flower shops are still open at the flower lane. (Haidu reporter Wu Rijin? Lin Liangbiao? Li zizhao)
