The contents studied by public nutritionists mainly include: basic nutrition, clinical nutrition, basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, dietary supplement theory of traditional Chinese medicine, nutritional evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, food hygiene, nutrition of special population, nutritional value of various foods, special nutrition education, application of nutrition calculation software, guidance for nutritionists' employment and entrepreneurship, physical and simple biochemical detection methods of food, etc. Focus on learning and mastering the contents and skills of selecting dishes, preparing recipes, basic cooking, nutrition and so on.
Application conditions:
1, level 4
(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 1 year.
(2) Have a technical secondary school diploma in medicine or food.
(3) After formal training of public dietitians in Level 4, they have reached the required standard class hours and obtained a certificate of completion.
Level 2 and 3
(1) Engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.
(2) Having been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years continuously after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of Grade 4 public dietitian.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of level 4 public dietitian, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after being trained by level 3 public dietitian, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(4) College degree or above in medicine or food.
Step 3: Level 2
(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 3 years1.
(2) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-class public dietitian, he has been engaged in this occupation for 5 years continuously.
Step 4: Level 1
(1)) Engaged in this occupation 19 years or more.
(2) Having been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of Class II public dietitian.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-class public dietitian, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years continuously, and has reached the prescribed standard hours after being trained by the first-class public dietitian, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
During the probation period of new occupation:
(4) Have a bachelor's degree in medicine or food, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 13 years.
(5) Have a master's or doctor's degree in medicine or food, and have been engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 10 years.
