Notice No. 3 [2022] of the New Coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of Fengze District, Quanzhou City. Based on the current actual situation of epidemic prevention and control in our district, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: 1. All cultural, entertainment, sports and other gatherings are suspended in the district.

Sexual activities; suspension of opening of libraries, cultural centers, museums, memorial halls and other public cultural activity venues; suspension of opening of KTV, cinemas, chess and card rooms, mahjong parlors, Internet cafes, bars, dance halls, billiards rooms, foot baths and other entertainment venues

Venues; indoor sports venues such as gymnasiums, swimming pools, and gyms are temporarily closed.

2. Various social training institutions within the jurisdiction shall be temporarily closed to the outside world.

3. Suspend the opening of various religious sites to the outside world and suspend the holding of collective religious activities.

4. It is strictly prohibited to hold various shopping mall promotions, theatrical performances, mass sports events and other crowd gathering activities in the district. It is strictly prohibited to hold any form of dinners or gatherings.

No folklore activities will be held, and we insist on "delaying red events, doing white things briefly, and not doing sacred things."

5. All catering service units in the district are not allowed to provide dine-in services, and takeout services must be conducted in a "contactless" manner. Night market catering operations such as street barbecues and food stalls are prohibited.

All catering business units must fulfill their main responsibilities for epidemic prevention and control, regularly organize employees to undergo nucleic acid testing, strictly implement the measures of "three-code joint inspection, temperature measurement, and wearing masks", and do a good job in daily disinfection work.

6. Business entities that fail to implement prevention and control measures effectively and fail to shut down as required, as well as individuals who fail to perform prevention and control measures such as medical management and nucleic acid testing, will be dealt with in accordance with laws and regulations.

7. The general public is requested to avoid going out as much as possible, do not leave Fengze unless necessary, pay close attention to relevant epidemic information released by official authorities, and do not believe, spread or spread rumors.

This notice shall be implemented from the date of issuance.
