6. Cut onion, ginger and garlic into powder, and add parsley. Our family didn't find a suitable flour, so we used Lanxi Shuisuo powder instead.

3. Friends who like spicy food can also add some spicy oil themselves (Laoganma, Wang Apo and others are all good)
