On the morning of February 25th, 221, the viaduct in the east section of Han 'an Avenue in Neijiang was completed, and the viaduct in the east section of Han 'an Avenue was officially opened to traffic.

Han' an Avenue consists of the west section of Han' an Avenue, the middle section of Han' an Avenue and the east section of Han' an Avenue. This road is straight, wide and long, and it can be called the model road of Neijiang City. It is an urban central axis of Neijiang New City. There are many high-rise buildings on both sides of the road, which are very prosperous. It is also the area with the highest level of urban construction in Neijiang City, from Neijiang Expressway toll station to Neijiang Vocational and Technical College (new campus).

The passing places include Neijiang International Convention and Exhibition Center, wanda plaza (the west section of Han 'an Avenue), Emerald International Community, Guanghui City Garden, Xilin Shengjing, Beijing Hualian, Ailin Mall, Neijiang No.3 Middle School, Seattle Jinshan City, Wansheng City, Neijiang Vocational and Technical College (new campus) and so on. The total length is about 14.8 kilometers.
