Steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients. A piece of pork belly, a piece of ginger, and a small bowl of rock sugar.
2. Wash and cut the five flowers into cubes (about 2 cm, cubes), and slice the ginger.
3. Blanch the meat. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add cold water to the pot, pour in the pork belly and an appropriate amount of cooking wine. After boiling over high heat, skim off the scum and take it out for later use.

7. Add the ginger slices and continue to stir-fry.
8. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Pour in hot water. Next, start seasoning, add an appropriate amount of salt and star anise. After the fire comes to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for about forty minutes.
9. Collect juice and plate.
