1. Put the gold plate in the lower layer of the oven and add 1cm cold water to preheat 140 15 minutes.
2. Heat the corn oil to 70-80 degrees, add low flour and stir.
3. Add osmanthus honey (osmanthus honey is my own osmanthus, soaked with honey), add oolong tea and stir, and finally add egg yolk and stir well.
4. Add fine sugar to the egg white twice and stir until it is wet and foaming.
5. Add 1/3 egg white cream into the egg yolk paste and stir, then pour it back into the egg white cream and stir well.
6. Pour it into the mold (put oil paper in the mold in advance), put it in a water bath, bake it at 140 for 60-65 minutes, and then take it out to cool.
