Ingredients: 200 grams of chicken, 150 grams of coconut, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 8 red dates, 1 slice of ginger, 1 handful of wolfberry.
1. After drinking coconut juice, use a hammer to crack the coconut open.
2. Cut the coconut meat into small pieces.
3. Cut the chicken into pieces and soak them in water for a while to wash away the blood.
4. Wash the jujube and cut a hole on both sides with scissors.
5. Add the chicken pieces, coconut meat and dates to the stew pot.
6. Add appropriate amount of water and a piece of ginger.
7. Cover the lid and put it into the rice cooker. Add half of the water in the stew pot and start cooking. After the water boils, turn to low heat and simmer for two hours. Add some boiling water to the rice cooker halfway.
8. Wash the wolfberry with clean water.
9. Add to the stew pot and cook for about 5 minutes.
10. Finally add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
