Most traditional Colombian dishes are influenced by Spanish cuisine. /kloc-Colombia was colonized by Spain around 0/500. In addition to the Spanish, there are slaves from Africa who brought their own food culture.
Over time, Arab and Asian cuisines have also come here. These cuisines from different backgrounds are mixed here, forming today's Colombian cuisine.
