Exercise:
1. Steam the pumpkin over water, pour off the excess water, press it into a paste, pour in white sugar and glutinous rice flour and knead it into a non-sticky state (glutinous rice flour is added in stages, the pumpkin has more water, but the pumpkin can be less);
2. Take a proper amount and knead it into a circle, spread the palm flat, and dip sesame seeds on both sides;
3. Pour oil into the pot, add pumpkin pie, fry until both sides are golden and bulging, and then you can go out!
