On East Street (east of the Bell Tower) there is Lao Sun’s mutton steamed bun, which costs 10 yuan. It is a specialty of Xi’an, but I guess girls are a bit tired of eating it. The mutton steamed bun is mainly made by the Hui people and Han people. There is also a gourd head, which is made of pig intestines and is similar to mutton pickle.

The attraction is, if you have never been to Xi'an, you should go and see the Terracotta Warriors and Horses. I think the ticket price of 90 yuan is a matter of opinion. It takes about 20 hours to get from Zhangye. I usually take bus 1043 and 1067 when I come to Xi'an. Check it out, the time of these two buses is better. The full fare is more than 70 yuan for a hard seat and 120 yuan for a sleeper berth, so yours should be a little more expensive than mine, because yours is further away than mine, so it’s probably about 20 yuan more.
