Shangrao Lingshan Craftsman Town Scenic Area is located in the north of Guangxin District, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, and the only way to Lingshan, a national 4A-level scenic spot with an area of 2, square meters. There are four sections in the planning, namely, Tanxi Old Street, Yitian Happy World, Tea Oil Workshop and Yuelu Kaiyuan Guantang Hotel.

Zuxi Old Street

The "Wufenglou" in Zuxi Old Street was originally the residence of Wang Youdun in Xiuning, Huizhou, and its history can be traced back to the Qing Dynasty. In April 217, Yitian Group took a year to restore Wufenglou, Jinshidi, Huizhou Mihang Chen family ancestral home, the first official hall in Jiangnan, with dozens of historical buildings as the original.

With the use of natural ecological resources and Huizhou architectural elements, two old streets and lanes were restored, including Longwei Lane, Luban Lane, Qingyin Pavilion and Xianyan Tower, to build the old street of Xunxi. The total area is 1_.
