What ethnic snacks have you eaten in Guangxi?
I am a minority in Guangxi, Zhuang nationality.

I have lived in Guangxi for more than 20 years and have eaten many snacks. Let me talk about the more distinctive snacks I have eaten.

First, Liuzhou snail powder

Snail powder is one of my favorite snacks, and it is a representative and famous snack in Liuzhou.

The taste of snail powder is hot and sour. It is said that snail powder is not spicy or delicious. The more people who like spicy food, the more spicy they feel.

Add yuba, vegetables, sour bamboo shoots and peanuts, which is very appetizing and delicious. The taste is really hard to forget.

If you have a chance to go to Liuzhou, Guangxi, you must not miss the snail powder. You must try the authentic local snail powder in Liuzhou.

Second, Nanning meat dumplings.

In many villages in Nanning, every household will make zongzi every Spring Festival.

Jiaozi can be stuffed with chestnuts, mung beans, red beans, peanuts and pork.

And sweet and salty. What stuffing to put depends on your taste, some like sweet, some like salty, and the taste is different.

Jiaozi, the stuffing of Chinese New Year's package, is relatively large, about two or three kilograms each. Such a large quantity can't be eaten by one person.

The whole family ate one together, which was really enjoyable and delicious.
